Merger plan

The Management Board of the Company, announces that the Plan of Merger of Nu-Med Grupa spółka akcyjna (Joint Stock Company) with its registered office in Elbląg (the acquiring company) and Healthcare Investments société à responsabilité limitée with its registered office in Luxembourg (the acquired company) dated 26 November 2021 has been agreed.

Accordingly, the Company, in accordance with Article 516(4) of the CCC, and furthermore in accordance with Article 516 § 6 in conjunction with Article 516 § 1 in conjunction with Article 516(1) of the CCC, is making the Merger Plan available again, previously published on its website at: https://cditotomaszow.laczymysienumed.pl/. Based on the aforementioned provisions, the Company announces that the Merger Plan will be made available on this website, for a period of at least one month prior to the date of filing the application for registration of the merger.
