NU-MED Specialised Oncology Hospital is realising a prevention programme on early detection of breast cancer. It is financed by European Funds as part of the Regional Operational Programme of the Łódzkie Voivodeship for 2014-2020 .

The main objective of the project is to improve the health status of the residents of 4 districts of the Łódzkie Voivodeship (Tomaszowski, Opoczynski, Skierniewicki, Skierniewice) aged 25-65 through the participation of 650 people (325 women and 325 men) in colonoscopy screening until 30 June 2023..

The main objective of the project is to improve the health of the residents of the Łódzkie Voivodeship aged 18-64 through the participation of 1,530 people (765 females, 765 males) in preventive examinations for early detection of melanoma and other skin cancers until 31 October 2023.
