Our values

We put the Patient and their well-being at the heart of our work, not forgetting the continuous development of our employees. Such is the only way we are able to provide medical services at the highest level.

Earning and nurturing the trust of our patients is an extremely important and time-consuming process. Therefore, bearing in mind that patients entrust us with what is most precious to them - their health and life - we approach each of them individually and with great care.

People and their needs always come first, which is why we treat everyone in the manner we would like to be treated ourselves. We value different views and diversity. We focus on dialogue, cooperation and solidarity. We want to set an example to others.

The high quality of our centres consists of many elements. First and foremost it is the experienced specialists, the top-class medical equipment and the medical technologies implemented. Obviously, we do not forget the holistic approach to patients and their loved ones. As a result, patients feel safe and cared for with us.

Respect for intimacy and dignity is an inalienable right of every human being. To be able to guarantee this, appropriate sanitary and hygienic facilities have been created in our centres. We completely protect the sensitive data of patients and the actions of our team are based on an understanding of the individual needs of each patient.

We base our relationships, both internally and externally, as well as any form of competition in the medical market, on honesty and transparency. Absolute compliance with current legislation and acting in accordance with ethical principles is one of the pillars of our business.

Responsibility is a mark of maturity, and therefore we approach every task entirely prepared. We respect our workplace and protect it from undue risk. We ensure that our patients have continuous contact with our staff and access to all services offered. We know that the health and lives of our patients depend on our actions (or inaction). This knowledge is a huge responsibility and, at the same time, a motivation for further improvement.
